Working Principle

The PLC control system centrally collects real-time data such as drum rotating speed, hot air temperature, material moisture, feeding speed and exhaust gas humidity from each sensor node. According to the pre-set optimal drying process curve, it automatically adjusts the operating parameters of the transmission system, heat source system, feeding and discharging system in real time. The materials are accurately controlled to stay in the drum for the optimal time, fully and uniformly exchange heat with the hot air at the set constant temperature, and the moisture is precisely evaporated to the target value. The whole process does not require frequent manual intervention, realizing the fully automatic, intelligent and stable drying operation.
